1. Minimum 3 years or more practical experienced.
2. In case of highly experienced candidate, educational requirements may be relaxed.
3. Work Experience in any foreign country in the related field will be preferred.
4. Self-Motivated & Positive attitude.
5. Customer complain handling capacity.
6. Organized & Discipline.
7. Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Word, Excel.
8. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Context:

Hi-Tech & Hybrid Car Specialize WORKSHOP is looking for committed & performance Service Engineer.

Job Responsibilities: 

General Task:

1. Responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning and maintenance of automobiles, power systems, and mechanical equipment.
2. Knowledge about diagnose technical issues, provide timely repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and offer technical support to clients or customers.
3. Combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer service abilities.
4. Monitoring & maintaining the daily work of receiving Vehicles.
5. Responsible for daily vehicle work schedule & delivery plan.
6. Job allocation capability to team as per capacity of team performance.
7. To make estimate considering customer concern relating vehicle diagnosis.
8. Capable to raise spare parts requisition as per estimate. 

Special Task:

1. Identify technical issues with automobiles, power systems, or mechanical equipment through diagnostic tests and troubleshooting procedures.
2. Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components to restore functionality.
3. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.
4. Generate service reports and documentation for internal use or client reference.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, and logistics, to coordinate service activities, resolve technical issues, and improve overall efficiency.
6. Any other task as per departmental requirement as and when required.
