About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven SEO Specialist (Digital Growth). The role focuses on technical SEO, data analysis, Social Media Ads Campaign and performance optimization to drive organic growth and improve search visibility.
Plan and Deploy Digital campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, Display, UAC, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
Coordinate with creative agency, graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and web developers.
Digital communication support for promotions, events, launches, and partnerships.
Ensure campaigns go live on time with proper audience targeting and tracking parameters and manage day-to-day content posting on social handles
Monitor trends and create engaging content ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
Track campaign performance through analytics dashboards and optimize budgets, audiences and creatives alongside prepare reports and share insights.
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, ad formats, audiences, and landing pages.
Work closely with digital media buying agencies to ensure ROI-driven execution.
Analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Search Console, and CRM tools.
Generate ideas for reels, short videos, static content, and interactive digital materials.
Assist in website content updates, SEO optimization, keyword research, and landing page improvements.
Monitor SEO performance (organic traffic, ranking, crawl issues).
Generate qualified B2B leads for security service business.
Manage company website, landing pages, and online branding.
Lead and supervise Digital Marketing Team members.
Monitor marketing KPIs, analytics, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO: Implement and optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures
