Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in Agriculture.
∎ PhD in Biological Science is highly preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare seed potato production plan and budget both for lab and field for IPV & modern variety.
∎ Take necessary steps for land lease and deep tube well (DTW) for irrigation & completion of the agreement with the owners.
∎ Organize training program for the field staffs on potato and seed production.
∎ Organize training program for the lab staff for tuberlet production in greenhouse.
∎ Facilitate technical support to the field staffs and frequent seed production field visit.
∎ Take necessary steps for potato production field visit by high officials and others.
∎ Provide feedback to the Business Manager, Seed about the job performances of the production teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Potato production.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on Breeder, foundation of certified seed production of potato.
∎ Must have knowledge and skill in plantlet production of potato.
