Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the whole Processing Centre’s team members align with their responsibilities and business goal.
∎ Prepare yearly expense budget and action plan for implementation.
∎ Prepare annual processing and packaging plan for both locally produced and imported seed.
∎ Efficiently implement all processing work as per plan and maintain standard quality of every activity as per Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
∎ Supervise and monitoring to ensure lot wise seed standard test report before packaging of seed.
∎ Ensure 100% physical checking of two lot of two field crops varieties in each month. In case of vegetable crops at least 100% of one variety will be physically checked and in both cases proper checking record will be maintained.
∎ Ensure control over expenses through effective actions and optimize process loss to attain optimum efficiently at SPC.
∎ Build up strong relationship with community, Seed Certify agency, Agriculture office, Police station, Fire Service, Rural Electrification Board (Palli Bidhyet), UNO, DC office, other related stakeholders.

As a Sr./SPC Manager at ACI Seed, the selected candidate will be essential in driving business growth by ensuring efficient seed processing operations, managing the processing team, maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, and supporting the effective distribution of ACI Seed products. The core responsibilities of this position include:
