Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct on-site vaccination programs for poultry and livestock according to approved schedules and protocols.
∎ Provide technical advice to farmers, dealers, and field forces on vaccine usage, disease prevention, and biosecurity measures.
∎ Ensure proper cold chain management and handling of vaccines during transportation, storage, and administration.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vaccines and associated products within the assigned territory.
∎ Conduct training sessions and awareness programs for farmers, vaccinators, and other stakeholders on vaccination and animal health management.
∎ Identify and resolve technical issues or customer complaints related to vaccination and health outcomes.
∎ Support product promotion activities through field visits, farm demonstrations, and technical meetings.
∎ Maintain detailed records of vaccination schedules, coverage, product usage, and feedback.
∎ Assist the sales team with technical insights and contribute to strategy development for vaccine product growth.
∎ Collect field-level disease data, vaccination response, and competitor activity and report regularly to the supervisor.
