Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Master degree in any discipline. Chemistry/ B.Sc in textile Technology is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

∎ To be a part of the Key Account Management Team, you must be able to perform the following Job Responsilities -

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan Key Account approaches with input from all relevant teams (lab, sales, and customer services) and the Account Manager.
∎ Visit Key customers, Buyer local liaison office, and Buying House regularly to build the Business relationship, ensure Business from them and collect information on Business movement and act accordingly.
∎ Arrange technical seminars on Buyer protocols/updates at a certain interval.
∎ Establish Action Plan. Coordinates and implements the Plans.
∎ Generate leads for new SGS services and access to new customer business units with existing SGS services.
∎ Build and extends customer liaison and handle customer care management
∎ Managing the efforts of sales and extending support to deliver superior customer service to customers.
∎ To be aware of relevant competitor activities, developments, and financial performance where possible and where appropriate.
∎ Handling of claims/complaints professionally raised from the customer without arising any compensation issue.
∎ Develop a new Buyer program, and revise the existing program with the help of the Key Account Manager.
∎ Keep in contact and keep in touch with GKAM/RKAM to collect and get the updates and apply accordingly. Update on program receiving from Group KAM needs to circulate to lab approval team, registration team, and technical team to follow the update and arrange in-person training for them.
∎ Daily monitor the activity of report releasing, active and hold status with operation team and update to customer accordingly.
∎ To assist the operation team regarding technical literature relevant activities to resolve the queries at soonest as liaison with Group KAM/Regional KAM to run the sample.
∎ Lead, coach, and develop team on Business-oriented Key Accounts and Sales team in a certain interval.
∎ To assist and inform sales team in regards to business status/strategy to divert and hunt Business from the competitors
∎ Interact and communicate with assigned KAs (Key Accounts) by facilitating day-to day operations, testing procedures, regulatory requirements, job status, invoicing, preliminary testing results, reporting, result interpretation.
∎ Attend regular meetings at the KA (Key Account) for marketing purposes, business development, technical governance, performance reviews, resolution of conflicts, delivery of invoices and reports.
∎ Provide support the KA role of Executive /Senior Executives/ KAM of business develop department & have to Keep all the data for account analysis to provide different reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
∎ Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
∎ Have good communication skill.
∎ Willingness to learn and adapt to change - committed to continuous personal and professional development.
∎ Must be IT literate i.e. competent in the use of MS Office applications and preferable experience of using large and complex databases.
∎ Acts quickly and decisively; able to make tough calls.
