Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in CSE or equivalent is preferable. But if you are really a good programmer it does not matter if you have any degree or not (or what discipline you come from).
∎ Skills Required: PHP (OOP), Wordpress Plugin Development, wordpress theme development
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Programmer Software Engineer, PHP (OOP), Wordpress Plugin Development, wordpress theme development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create fully functional, dynamic, industry standard WordPress themes.
∎ Create stand alone, industry standard WordPress plugins.
∎ Work with existing themes & plugins - make changes, fix bugs, manage and update.
∎ Add new features, addons to existing themes & plugins.
∎ Write documentation of products that you develop, or collaborate with writers for writing proper documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong, solid knowledge & working experiences of PHP, SQL.
∎
∎ Solid understanding of & working experiences of OOP.
∎
∎ Solid understanding of WordPress API and filters, actions, hooks.
∎
∎ Clear understanding of post types, taxonomies, custom queries, meta fields.
∎
∎ Solid understanding of namespace, traits and design patterns
∎
∎ Intermediate/advanced knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery
∎
∎ Enough working experience with Elementor, WPBakery builders, Gutenberg editor.
∎
∎ Skill to develop custom plugins, widget, component, module of Themes and Plugins.
∎
∎ Solid working experience with Redux framework, WooCommerce and other renowned plugins.
∎
∎ Enough working experience in CSS (so that you can solve css issues of your product yourself)
∎
∎ Coding standard must be good and compliant with WordPress's own standards.
∎
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
∎
∎ Enough working experience with all common, major and necessary plugins to integrate into the theme while building it, like Revolution Slider, ACF Pro, WPML, RTL capability etc.
∎
∎ Build Ecommerce themes using WooCommerce, extensive knowledge in WooCommerce.
∎
∎ Add payment gateways on Ecommerce themes - PayPal, Stripe, 2Checkout etc.
∎
∎ Have solid knowledge of coding standards for SEO (best practices & latest techniques)
∎
∎
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 70000 (Monthly)
