∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 3 to 5 years of experience in education consultancy firm.
∎ Should have fair knowledge on digital marketing tools.
∎ In-depth knowledge of student networking & counseling, university application & admission processes as well as visa documentation and processing.
∎ Expertise in documentation, reporting, and SOP (Statement of Purpose) writing.
∎ Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
∎ Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create strong networks with the student groups, universities etc.
∎ Establish a strong social media presence and consistently share relevant content.
∎ Provide clients with detailed information on university options, course curriculum, visa processes, scholarships, job opportunities, accommodation, and more.
∎ Manage university applications and oversee visa processing.
∎ Craft compelling and effective SOPs (Statement of Purpose) and motivation letter.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed on the status of their applications.
∎ Address and resolve any issues related to admissions, visas, or other concerns.
∎ Assist clients in handling visa rejections and preparing necessary documents for appeals.
∎ Ensure accurate record-keeping of clients' documents, applications, and progress.
∎ Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional client service.
