• Provide accurate and updated guidance to students regarding study abroad visa requirements and procedures.
• Assist students in preparing, reviewing, and organizing required documents with great attention to detail.
• Guide students in completing visa application forms correctly and on time.
• Communicate clearly and patiently with students and parents to ensure understanding of the entire process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy rules, policies, and changes in immigration requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of applications while minimizing errors.
• Safeguard all student data and documents with strict confidentiality.
• Motivate and counsel students to stay confident throughout the visa process.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, sincerity, and dedication.
