Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 5 years

• A minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design works.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.

• As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure that our products not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your work will have a direct impact on the user experience and overall success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

• Develop high-quality, pixel-perfect visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Design user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs. Analyze results and make data-driven improvements to designs.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

• Identify and troubleshoot UX challenges for existing and upcoming projects.

• Provide design guidance and support throughout the development process.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.

• Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Continuously seek opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
