Job Responsibilities:
∎ Traveling throughout the assigned territories to complete all the tasks
∎ Oversee the day-to-day tasks of the territory officers.
∎ Maintaining solid working relationships with suppliers & buyers & visiting them properly to complete necessary tasks.
∎ Prepare & send daily & monthly reports on time.
∎ Meeting sales targets to increase revenue & profit.
∎ Discover sales opportunities for new products.
∎ Monitor daily activities of collection centers.
∎ Other works assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
∎ Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
∎ Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
∎ Good organizational skills include prioritizing, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and time management.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
