Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Student Counselling & Tele Sales Team
- Build and develop a high-performing counselling team
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admission & sales targets
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, leads, counselling sessions, and conversion rates
- Coach and develop individual team members to improve performance
- Provide effective student counselling and course guidance
- Generate admissions through proactive calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion
- Analyze counselling and sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with students and guardians
- Ensure a professional and positive student experience throughout the admission process
- Support the team in achieving overall counselling and admission targets
