• Develop & Apply technical Quality Control Policy.
• Ensure Quality evaluation & Reporting on Vendor Quality System.
• To ensure quality of incoming materials expected requirements.
• Must be experienced in AQL inspection system and able to manage technical team.
• Responsible to deal with all quality issues in production as well as buyers' COC.
• Responsible to prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and make corrective action plans for permanent solution.
• Responsible to monitor and maintain Production Quality findings analysis, stitching, and reworks, in a statistical interpretation, inform and guide relevant section heads. Provide support to minimize reworks and reduce defects percentage. Control to avoid interdepartmental rework.
• Responsible to perform in Line & per-shipment and final inspection.
• Has to provide technical support to production team when required, to ensure quality standard.
• Responsible for all technical related efforts from development to production.
• Must have experience and skills to manage buyers independently in terms of quality assurance.
• Adjust the measurement charts and pattern if needed.
• Advice/help the QC team and factories to solve production issues.
• Must have experience dealing with maintenance inspections.
• To train unskilled workers.
• Has to perform any other task as assigned by the management.
