Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree, preferably in Business/ Economics/ Social Sciences/ Development Studies/ Management/ Agriculture. Considering substantial period of relevant experience educational qualification can be relaxed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-5 years of experience in international development with a focus on private sector engagement and stakeholder management
∎ Proven, practical experience with market systems development
∎ Hands on experience of working in donor funded project specially experience of working in USAID funded project will get preference
∎ Ability to work with team members and flexibility to adapt to different work conditions
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
∎ Proven interpersonal and intercultural skills, including flexibility and sensitivity
∎ Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to gender diversity
∎ Undertake additional tasks subject to workload and skill sets such as business development, cross-project training and evaluations
∎ Ability to interact and collaborate with a broad range of public and private sector and NGO partners
∎ Ability to travel and undertake fieldwork in rural contexts
∎ Written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to present coherent and convincing messages to different audiences
∎ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
