Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with frequent field visits
∎ Reporting Line: SUCHANA | Program Manager
∎ Contract Duration: Up to July 2022
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Monitoring and Results Measurement in Market Systems Development (MSD) preferred;
∎ Must have demonstrated expertise/experience in development programming and implementation;
∎ Familiarity and experience with project management concepts;
∎ Ability to cohesively work with various team members of Partner NGOs, and the flexibility to adapt to different work conditions;
∎ Ability to provide technical support to results measurement unit at field level
∎ Represent iDE in SUCHANA MEAL working group
∎ Maintain close collaboration between project MEAL and core MEAL unit and will be responsible for facilitating knowledge acquisition, storage and dissemination
∎ Ability to use standard software for data management/analysis such as Excel. Skills in using Microsoft Access and SPSS for data analysis will be an added advantage;
∎ Ability to travel and undertake fieldwork in rural contexts
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English, including the ability to present coherent and convincing messages to different audiences
∎ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail and the internet
∎ Familiarity with internet-based software systems such as Google Apps
Salary:
∎ Tk. 150000 - 180000 (Monthly)
