Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Science/ Biological Science from any recognised educational institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist management to ensure effective and timely implementation of programme strategies at branch and regional level regarding poultry and livestock enterprises.
∎ Conduct regular field visits, proper follow-up and monitoring to identify participants' needs, challenges and provide necessary guidance and supports to resolve for expected results.
∎ Develop de-worming and vaccination schedule of respective region, ensure execution and assist to ensure the availability of required inputs for expected growth of assets.
∎ Identify areas of capacity development for programme participants and also for the branch and regional level staffs, facilitate training as per programme need; provide quality input to develop necessary training modules and other training materials.
∎ Communicate and build network with relevant BRAC programmes, respective Government livestock offices and non-government organizations to mobilise different resources for the programme participants.
∎ Assist management to bring innovation considering specific regional context and provide quality inputs, share learnings from field in different meetings, forums, seminars, workshops etc.
∎ Develop different reports on poultry and livestock enterprise, analyse and assist management to identify gaps and provide guidance accordingly.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working with poultry and livestock or in development sector is preferred.
∎ Good knowledge on poultry and livestock farming and on different geographical context.
∎ Ability to manage people and mobilise resources.

Salary: Negotiable
