Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure sewing and finishing production to achieve company goals as per established budget in term of profit margin & efficiency.
∎ Manage all orders and ensure on time delivery of garments with expected quality
∎ Decide on the best method for sewing and finishing and provide technical advice when required
∎ To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules.
∎ To ensure daily/monthly output is achievable.
∎ To establish and maintains quality standard and standard operating procedures.
∎ Produce the best quality product at most competitive price.
∎ Ensure good house keeping (5S) , safety and discipline be fully applied in Sewing and Finishing
∎ Meet bottom line result

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Knit product sewing and finishing skills
∎ YY estimation / fabric consumption

Salary: Negotiable
