Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide information, advice, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in Australian education institutions.
∎ Design a tailored and effective study plan according to the student's individual situation.
∎ Follow up with potential students and maximize the conversion of students submitting applications and finalizing enrolments
∎ Instruct students to prepare and complete documents for university or visa applications.
∎ Liaison between students, parents, and education providers
∎ Promote other products and services offered by STUDYNET ex; Visa services, OSHC & OVHC & Professional Year.
∎ Maintain after-sale service engagement to increase retention of students
∎ Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system
∎ Other relevant student service duties
∎ Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
∎ Interview students to understand their objectives and background.
∎ Provide clarifications to students' queries in a professional manner.
∎ Follow up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, and emails.
∎ Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved.
∎ Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
∎ Review all the students' applications and refer the students to financial services personnel if required.
∎ Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees.
∎ Provide support to prepare admission-related presentations and host student receptions.
∎ Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
∎ Provide support to the Senior Admission Counsellor when needed.
∎ Contact potential and existing clients to promote study options and Aptitude Migration services
∎ Provide education advice and options on further study, and visa applications process - Facilitate student applications to institutions, academic transcripts, etc. and arrange COE's
∎ Liaise with student associations from your country of background within institutions to execute promotional events and targeted campaigns
∎ Conduct market research by customers and clients as instructed by the managers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in international student admissions or other application assessment roles
∎ Sound knowledge of the tertiary education system in Australia with an understanding of the Australian Education System, Australian Education Regulators, and Representative bodies.
∎ Understand Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Levels
∎ Understand Provider Types i.e. University Education Providers, CRICOS Providers, VET Domestic Providers, Language Providers
∎ High-level interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to consult, counsel, and liaise with a range of people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
∎ Enthusiastic, creative, honest, careful, passionate about sales and services of educational activities
∎ Persuasive sales and communication skills, good impressions on clients
∎ Attention to detail, task-orientated, and possesses good presentation skills
∎ Highly motivated and self-driven, can work in a team and as an individual
∎ The ability to work under pressure and multi-task
∎ Experience in International education with student recruitment, admissions, onshore and/or offshore
∎ Fully bilingual in English plus one language spoken in our international target markets
∎ Excellent sales track record, working within a high sales KPI & incentive driven environment.
∎ Vocational or tertiary qualification (Certificate IV and higher desirable)
∎ Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
∎ Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressures.
∎ Understanding of the Immigration system/visa pathways.
∎ Provide information and advice to international students and their families regarding study opportunities in Australia, in English and other languages as applicable.
∎ Submit applications to institutions, obtain offers and facilitate enrolments.
∎ Follow up leads and inquiries and maximize the number of applications submitted and finalized.
∎ Attend to student face-to-face, phone, live chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
∎ Follow through on student inquiries, requests, or complaints and provide information and assistance as required
∎ Provide customer service to IELTS test takers and students visiting the student services office
∎ Support event managers in the organization of major promotional events such as Interview Sessions (included above) and twice-a-year exhibitions
∎ Assist in the promotion and student bookings of excursions and cultural events
∎ Provide input on marketing activities to promote the IDP brand and services and work with the Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the advertisements on community newspapers and websites.
∎ Proactively seek partnership opportunities with industry stakeholders such as student associations, migration agents, referral partners
∎ 5 years of working experience as a Counsellor
∎ Achievement orientated and customer service orientation
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
∎ Collaborative and a team player
∎ Understand the needs and issues of on-shore international students

Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
