∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student consultancy or international education services.
∎ In-depth knowledge of admission processes, visa requirements, and educational systems in Europe and Schengen countries.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
∎ Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international student challenges.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide personalized counseling to students about studying abroad, focusing on European and Schengen countries.
∎ Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial situations to suggest suitable courses and institutions.
∎ Guide students through the admission process, including university selection, application preparation, and submission.
∎ Assist students in preparing visa applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
∎ Advise on embassy interview preparation and coach students on how to handle questions confidently.
∎ Mentor and supervise junior consultants to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on admission requirements, visa rules, and educational trends.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.
∎ Participate in promotional activities, including educational fairs and seminars, to attract new clients.
∎ Identify new markets or services to expand UniEducare’s reach and offerings.
∎ Monitor and manage the progress of students' applications, maintaining detailed records of all activities.
∎ Provide periodic reports to the operations manager on admissions performance, challenges, and market trends.
∎ Address complex client inquiries and resolve escalated issues efficiently and professionally.
∎ Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring student satisfaction and positive feedback.
