• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student consultancy, international admissions, or education counseling.
• Strong knowledge of study abroad processes, visa regulations, and university admission requirements, especially in European countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English and Bangla; additional languages are a plus.
• High ethical standards and commitment to student success and confidentiality.

Position Summary:

The Senior Student Consultant plays a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and personalized support to prospective students and their families. This position involves overseeing the end-to-end student advisory process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and mentoring junior consultants to deliver exceptional service. The Senior Student Consultant acts as a key liaison between students, universities, and external stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships and driving the growth of UniEducare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students on course selection, university options, and study abroad pathways tailored to their academic background and career goals.
• Manage complex cases related to admissions, scholarship applications, and visa procedures with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Keep updated with changing immigration laws, university admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
• Review and verify student application documents to ensure compliance and completeness before submission.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with partner universities, embassies, and educational institutions.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior consultants and new team members.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and promotional events to attract and engage prospective students.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly to track application progress.
• Resolve escalated client issues professionally, providing timely solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and digital campaigns for student recruitment.
