Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-to-one and group counselling sessions for students and parents about study opportunities in Europe, the UK, Canada, and other destinations.

• Assess students’ profiles, academic backgrounds, and career goals to recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries.

• Guide students through the complete application process — including university admission, documentation, interview preparation, and visa processing.

• Stay updated on current admission requirements, visa regulations, and scholarship schemes.

• Support marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, webinars, and social media campaigns.

• Lead and supervise junior consultants, providing training and monitoring their counselling performance.

• Maintain detailed case files, update CRM records, and track conversion ratios.

• Collaborate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth student file processing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives and external partners.

• Meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets set by management.
