• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Structural analysis & Design for our Ongoing and Upcoming projects.(Full Building)

• Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and other relevant tools.

• Monitor all running projects according to Design.

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design specifications and safety standards compliance.

• Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.

• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to address any structural issues that arise during construction.

• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• Ensure that all structural designs and construction practices comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and construction technology.

• Ensuring project branding during construction.

• Any other task assigned by the Management.
