Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead an Android and IOS application development team
∎ Follow-up mobile developers to complete app development
∎ Research and develop new features, explore different new web and mobile technologies, and implement those
∎ Design scalable database and efficient software architectural plan
∎ Accomplish any kind of technical documentation as per requirement
∎ Responsible for the post-deployment enhancement and bug fixing according to QC or Support feedback
∎ Maintain design pattern, best practices, UI pixel perfection, and quality code
∎ Strong knowledge of design principles, design patterns, and other best practices
∎ Experience with Application optimization
∎ Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Communicate and provide technical support to local and international clients
∎ Maintain version controlling system and project management tool
∎ Any other technical tasks assigned by management
∎ Assign the project to developers and meet the guideline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Age 28 to 45 years

∎ Must have expertise in leading a technical team
∎ A solid foundation of software architecture design
∎ Clear concept on different App development stacks. Must have professional knowledge on two different stacks including IOS and Android
∎ A clear understanding of OOP, data structure, algorithm, and multithreading
∎ Must have professional experience in android & with IOS
∎ Must have sound knowledge of relational and non-relational database design and scaling up DB
∎ Must have multiple live apps developed fully or partially by own
∎ Having professional experience on React/Flutter/Vue/Angular will be a big plus
∎ Good to have implementation knowledge on various third-party APIs and modules i.e: FCM, Google map, YouTube, Analytics, etc.
∎ Must have experience in several types of technical documentation and good command of presentation
∎ Solid understanding of the full App development life cycle.
∎ Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision
∎ Familiar with Git, Trello, and Jira
∎ Must have team management skill
