• At least 3 years experience in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript, SQL, Node Js, React Js, PHP.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and also familiarity with system frameworks like .NET, Git, AngularJS, and GitHub.

• Expertise in software design patterns, architecture principles, and development methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software systems and applications.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Write advanced programming code and review updated software systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for software projects.
• Review and debug code to ensure quality, performance, and security.
• Mentor and train junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
