Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMM, preferably in a B2B or online marketplace environment.
∎ Solid knowledge of creative campaign design, funnel and email marketing.
∎ Proven track record of successful SMM strategy development and execution.
∎ Strong knowledge of SEO tools and digital advertising platforms
∎ Expertise in Meta strategy and planning.
∎ Experience in Meta media buying.
∎ Proficiency in market funnel strategies.
∎ Experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
∎ Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving SMM goals.
∎ Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing experts. Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
∎ Create a monthly budget proposal for multiple projects and review all social media pages.
∎ Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies to increase the platform's organic search visibility and traffic.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve strategy effectiveness continually.
∎ Collaborate with content teams to guide the creation of social media content, ensuring it aligns with keyword strategies and business objectives.
∎ This includes video, motion graphics, animation, and graphic design oversight.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maintain and improve search engine rankings.
∎ Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated digital marketing strategies to drive overall business growth, including Google Ads and Facebook advertising.
∎ Implement and test various CRO techniques to improve website conversion rates, enhancing user experience and maximizing ROI.
∎ Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing tasks, content calendar and analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and creative Manager, Digital Marketing & Sales to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and implement our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product departments.
