Key Responsibilities:
Analyze capacity development needs of the industry for formulating capacity development programme.
Build and manages business relationships with current and potential clients / factories
Develop both short- term and long-term development plans for RMG factories in line with client needs and BRAC guidelines.
Coordinate and facilitate Enterprise Based Training program at factory premises and collects relevant and required documents from factory Focal Point.
Provide support to the BRAC Skills Development Programme for Safety Management System Training facilitating both in institutional and factory-based setting.
Facilitate and implement training on different components of safety management (Fire, Electrical, Structural etc.).
Assist in developing business cases, concept notes, proposal (e.g. decent work and OSH Strategy), reports, budgets etc.
Assist in developing and implementing safety management SOPs both in institutional and factory based settings.
Conduct field visits to ensure proper implementation of activities and prepares, analyses all relevant reports and documentations as required by the supervisor.
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
