Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with MPH from any recognised university/ institutions
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and monitoring of programme and recommendation for improvement
∎ Collect/compile/prepare of periodical statistical report analyse data and share to authority and provide necessary feedback to resolve the problem
∎ Ensure referral of presumptive Tuberculosis (TB), tested by Gene Xpert, enrollment of diagnosed patients and completion of treatment
∎ To facilitate different types of training for capacity building of field staff
∎ Maintain coordination and liaison with government, NGOs and technical partners
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

∎ Knowledge on strategy of programme implementation
∎ Knowledge about TB control programme in Bangladesh
∎ Knowledge on organisational procedure
∎ Knowledge on health system in Bangladesh
∎ Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel)
∎ Skills on report writing and presentation
∎ Communication skills and art of giving instruction
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
