Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in MIS/ Finance/ Accounting/ Statistics/ Bio- Statistics/ Economics/ Business Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognised university/ institutions with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project work plan and detail budget independently
∎ Develop the overall framework/ reporting format of the monitoring and evaluation activities
∎ Prepare consolidated progress reports for the management including identification of problems, causes of potential bottlenecks in implementation, and provide specific recommendations independently
∎ Prepare different project reports (e.g. dashboard preparation, progress update and disbursement request) for donor's in regular basis
∎ Carry out regular field visit to support implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E), check the quality of data produced
∎ Generate different programmatic reports and data compilation
∎ Assist in preparing concept note, agreement/ sub-agreement and other grant management issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years work experience in relevant field
∎ Strong knowledge on data collection and data analysis, data management & MIS management
∎ Knowledge on advanced statistical software e.g. Excel, STATA, SPSS and real time analysis software
∎ Have knowledge on programme monitoring and evaluation
∎ Have skills on effective communication and report writing
∎ Experienced in managing information systems projects
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
