Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Heavy Construction Equipment, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train, Supervise and operate the existing team members.
∎ Daily customer visit (Dhaka and other important markets outside Dhaka).
∎ Stay up-to-date on current market trends by analyzing customers and competitor's activities.
∎ Open new distribution channels through sub dealers
∎ Maintain liaison with internal and external customers including vendors, Sub-dealers, suppliers, dealers, retailers etc.
∎ Submit visit reports.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly sales & marketing budget and focus on achieving that
∎ Conduct regular marketing and promotional activities
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Focus on achieving the sales target.
∎ Take care of customer needs and collet customer feedback.
∎ Maintain liaison with the principal as and when required.
∎ Maintain related information and Prepare management reports.
∎ Movement control of the team members.
∎ Prepare market intelligence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be very aggressive in achieving the target
∎ Applicants must have at least 10 years direct experience in Construction Equipment Sales.
∎ Ready to work long hours and on holidays if required.
∎ Must be able to work on MS Office (word/Excel/Power point).
∎ Must be fluent in writing and speaking English.
∎ Having valid license will be an added advantage.
∎ Should have proven expertise in Marketing strategy formulation and implementation
∎ Ability to conduct marketing research and report writing.
∎ Ability to lead a group of sales personnel.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Develop and establish customer service model that includes, customer communications and feedback, customer complaints management and technical assistance components.
∎ Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.
