Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Supervisor is directly involved in the day-to-day on-site activities as per
∎ schedule that he will receive from his reporting supervisor.
∎
∎ Manage and monitor workers to initiate daily site work on time. Read drawing and any specification for arranging construction materials to accomplish the site operation smoothly.
∎
∎ Must be maintained safety instruction and ensure it among the construction
∎ workers.
∎
∎ To monitor and record of SubCon work.
∎
∎ Ensure to deliver the daily task on time and will maintain and update his assign tasks in the logbook.
∎
∎ To assist all kinds of support services to accomplish the job smoothly and effectively.
∎
∎ Keep in contact with the reporting supervisor and line manager facing any problems.
