Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate company's apartment Land Share Sales in different location
∎ Develop prospective customer's database
∎ Plan and execute Regular customer visit, Market visit.
∎ Regular follow up existing customers
∎ Develop relationship with Housing Plot Malik Samities, various stakeholders
∎ Regular organize Road Show, Mela, Pocket Customer meet, School Refreshment Program etc.
∎ Arrange site visit for prospective customers
∎ Reporting to management daily Weekly & Monthly basis.
∎ Achieve Target on Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Customer handling passion

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Very lucrative Incentive Scheme (Earn up to Tk 1 Lac per month based on performance)
∎ Telephone & Internet allowance
∎ Travel allowance
