Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote Hotel, Resort, Hospital, Land Share, Flat, Apartment, Condominium, and other real estate investment projects

• Conduct direct sales activities including door-to-door client visits, corporate visits, and field marketing

• Identify potential clients, investors, and corporate buyers through fieldwork and direct communication

• Maintain regular follow-up with leads via calls, in-person meetings, and site visits

• Clearly explain project details, pricing, payment plans, ROI, and legal structure to clients

• Arrange and conduct project site visits for interested buyers

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain sales records, lead follow-ups, and reporting (manual or CRM-based)

• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth deal closure

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
