∎ We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making phone calls to potential buyers, scheduling and conducting in-person meetings, and guiding clients through the property-buying process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ -Make outbound calls to potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
∎ -Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to showcase properties.
∎ -Provide clients with accurate information about available properties, market trends, and pricing.
∎ -Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies.
∎ -Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
∎ -Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
∎ -Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

∎ Experience:
∎ -Candidate must have a minimum 2 years experience in sales & marketing in real estate or a related field.
∎ -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ -Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
∎ -A professional appearance and positive attitude.
∎ -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ -Knowledge of the local real estate market.
∎ -Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
