Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all marketing and sales activities for ceramic products (Sanitary ware).
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and clients to expand the business network.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and pricing trends.
Plan and execute product promotions, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle client queries or complaints promptly.
