Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure all quality systems and procedures function effectively and are properly maintained.

• Oversee pre-production quality activities, including size set review, PPM meetings, and first output inspections against technical files and buyer standards.

• Conduct daily inline, pre-final, and final inspections; compile detailed reports and maintain accurate records.

• Monitor production processes (cutting, sewing, printing, finishing) to ensure compliance with SOPs and buyer specifications.

• Train, evaluate, and supervise QC personnel on inspection standards, defect identification, and measurement techniques.

• Coordinate directly with buyer QC, merchants, production, and planning teams to resolve quality issues and ensure material approvals.

• Prepare and review quality reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
