Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure quality assurance standards and quality control & production.
∎ Control and manage the quality control system and the quality assurance system from sample stage to final inspection.
∎ Provide technical support to merchandisers and factories when needed to ensure product quality.
∎ Carry out pre-production meetings and routine/in line inspection process to secure product quality before shipment.
∎ Carry out PP meeting, pilot run/inline, pre-final and final inspection according to the customers quality standard and prepare inspection report within the designated time line.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, Finishing, Design, Product Development & other related departments.
∎ Make ensure that all raw materials (locally procured and imported) meet the standard of quality.
∎ Check and monitor lab testing as per standard operating procedure.
∎ Check samples as per product specifications to meet customers' quality standards.
∎ Record defects by production lot, source of defects, type of defects etc. with improvement plans.
∎ Ensure to maintain and updating all info in ERP.
∎ Execute other duties assigned by the authority time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional Training/knowledge on ISO, TQM,QMS etc
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Ability to delegate authority and responsibility.
∎ Planning and Organising Ability.
∎ Should be proactive and able to work in a pressured environment.
