Experience:
Bachelor and Master’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies or any relevant disciplines from any UGC approved university
Strong writing skills and experience in writing Qualitative and Narrative reports
Ability to organize and prioritize work and competing tasks, meet deadlines and maintain composure
Excellent communication, listening and observation skills, including ability to create trust, support, maintain confidentiality, respect of all ages, background and diversity

To support GBV response services, including case management, psychosocial support (PSS), and referrals, as well as prevention and mitigation activities for vulnerable individuals from the Rohingya and host communities.
Oversee GBV case management, referral pathways, and psychosocial support (PSS) services in line with GBV guiding principles and SOPs
Lead and monitor community awareness activities, outreach sessions, and engagement initiatives targeting women, girls, adolescents, caregivers, and other vulnerable groups on GBV prevention, protection, safeguarding, and available services
Oversee social cohesion and peaceful co-existence activities between Rohingya and host communities to promote harmony, inclusion, and community resilience
Coordinate and supervise social campaigns, events, and international/national day observations related to GBV prevention, gender equality, women’s rights, and protection issues
Ensure effective identification, referral, and follow-up support for survivors and individuals at risk through coordination with internal and external service providers
Coordinate closely with partners including DFAT, UNHCR, UNFPA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, reporting, and alignment with donor and sector requirements
Maintain effective communication and coordination with government authorities including RRRC, CiC, Site Management, and relevant sector coordination platforms
Conduct field monitoring visits regularly to ensure quality implementation of programme activities and provide technical guidance and feedback to field teams
Support operational activities including needs assessments, implementation planning, event arrangements, and emergency response support when required
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, HR, finance, and other support units to ensure timely processing of programme-related requirements and operational support
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, data management, and timely submission of activity reports, case records, referrals, and programme updates
Support the development of training materials, awareness tools, IEC materials, and capacity-building initiatives for staff, volunteers, and community groups
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor for smooth programme implementation
Safeguarding:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
