∎ Graduation in Psychology or in any other relevant subject from any UGC approved University/Institution.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing technical support to the Case Management team and overseeing PSS activity at BRAC
∎ Train and ensure continual skills development of all team members in psychosocial support
∎ Attend and lead MHPSS sector meetings on behalf of BRAC
∎ Ensure the quality of the client to identify short-term and long-term goals as part of a holistic package of PSS care
∎ Directly respond to the critical GBV and Non-GBV Case and refer clients to Psychiatrists where necessary
∎ Facilitate self-care self-care, PFA, GBV Guiding Principle, PSEA etc
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This role supervises and plans the PSS program and providing technical support to APO (PSS Counsellor)
