Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's in Psychology (at least 4 years), and Master's in Applied Psychology (Clinical/Counseling Psychology).

Job Context:
∎ Ensure the coverage of beneficiaries in terms of psychosocial and psychological support and its quality. Direct support is also required and flexibility is highly expected for this position.
∎ Contract Duration: May 2020 (With high possibility of extension).
∎ Start Date: As soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the psycho-social and Psychological support to the beneficiaries & follow-up of defined objectives;
∎ Provision of technical supervision with team on a weekly basis to discuss cases and review monitoring of activities;
∎ Organize and conduct training in psychology when required, especially on-job training (e.g. demonstrations, role playing);
∎ Continuation of services in the MH corner in strong collaboration with the Psychiatrist and other Doctors within the hospital and follow-up with complex cases;
∎ Contribute to the mapping of relevant actors (referral network) and set up of referral systems to other services available.
∎ Schedule and coordinate the activities inside and outside the MH Corner & Collaborate with other stakeholder inside and outside of Hospital(where required)
∎ Follow the progress in activities of each team member and check that they follow every BNF appropriately;
∎ Participate in the coordination meetings
∎ Compile and write the activity reports with recommendations after collecting and analysing data;
∎ Observe and analyse the MHPSS needs of the beneficiaries, detect the cases and refer them ;
∎ Respect confidentiality regarding the content of clinical interviews, except when exchanging information with other team members to draw joint action plans in the best interest of the beneficiaries.
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2/3 years of work experience in the field of mental health is an asset.
∎ Sense of confidentiality
∎ Good knowledge of child development
∎ Project management and training aptitudes
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian psychiatry
∎ Experience in team management,
∎ Excellent written and public communication and negotiation skills, English and local languages,
∎ Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
Salary: Tk. 71000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1-month Gross salary every year.
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance.
∎ End of Contract Benefits: As per organization policy.
