Experience:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or relevant discipline from UGC approved reputed university or institute.
Knowledge:

Senior Project Officer-MEAL under the direct supervision of Project Manager- Skills and Entrepreneurship will ensure the collection, documentation, archiving and sharing of the information through reports, publications, success stories etc. related to the project.
• Ensure a monitoring and evaluation system is developed to include indicators, tools, and methods of data collection and analysis as well as frequency of data collection.
• Ensure collection of monitoring related data, collate and validate collected data; prepare report through statistical analysis.
• Spearhead the production of high-quality weekly, monthly and quarterly reports both for BRAC’s internal reporting using BRAC’s reporting processes and formats and for external reporting using formats provided by Donor.
• Train enumerators during data collection and other events such as service mapping and manage data collection exercises
• Maintain liaison with the HCMP MEAL department and HCMP management \ to meet the requirement of project monitoring and reporting.
• Provide support through appropriately collecting and documenting data for case study/success story preparation.
• Conduct Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) of the assets/inputs/cash distributed among the project participants.
• Provide support with concrete and fact base data to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
