Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Agricultural Science (Preferable) or Social Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of FSL activities including Cash Transfer, SAC gardening and IGAs Implementation.
∎ Ensure timely and efficient implementation of FSL activities under the guidance of the PM and according to the work plan developed with the PM.
∎ Provide assistance to implementing partners for model mothers foundation and refreshers training.
∎ Assist implementing partner for organize model mother cross visit/ learning sharing visit.
∎ Implementing partner's staff and livelihoods beneficiary capacity building.
∎ Implementation of social safety net program including small-scale risk mitigation measures.
∎ Project activities monitoring, reporting and documentation.
∎ Support for internal and external coordination and networking.
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years proven professional experience in Food Security & Livelihood (FSL) project, , Proven professional experience in USAID funded project implementation, monitoring & evaluation.
∎ One-year experience in Emergency response is preferable.

Salary: Tk. 71000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year.
∎ Provident Fund - 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ Performance Bonus - from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performance.
∎ End of Contract Benefits - As per policy.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).
∎ Leaves:
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year.
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year.
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
