This position will be required to supervise Case worker in the field level. To provide Case Management service to the GBV survivor for the critical case . To maintain proper GBV guiding principle in time of Case Management and GBVIMS. To buildup capacity of Case Worker, COM+ and Community Support Group.
Assess the capacity and performance of case workers in GBV case management, identifying skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Design and develop appropriate training modules,
based on identified needs and program requirements.
Conduct training sessions for case workers,
ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participation.
Utilize pre- and post-training assessments,
to evaluate learning outcomes and measure training effectiveness.
Provide regular coaching and mentoring to case workers,
strengthening their skills in handling GBV cases.
Support case workers in Community Centres and SSWG,
ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to guidelines.
Facilitate accurate and timely referrals for GBV cases,
ensuring services meet the needs of survivors.
Ensure proper follow-up on all referred cases,
maintaining continuity and quality of care.
Supervise case workers using GBVIMS+/Primero platforms,
ensuring proper data entry, case tracking, and confidentiality.
Apply and uphold case management supervision guiding principles, ensuring ethical, effective, and survivor-centered practices.
Safeguarding:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
