Experience:
Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any other relevant subject from any UGC approved reputed university or institute.
KNOWLEDGE: BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and budget management, donor agencies
SKILLS: Budgeting and accounting, accounting software skills, communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing budgets
COMPETENCIES: Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues

This position will assist Project Manager-Budget, Finance, Procurement & Logistics to ensure the overall financial management of the Programme and Coordinate with relevant authorities/donors in terms of financial issues as per Project needs.
Assists the Deputy Manager, Budget & Finance in the budget requirement, procurement plan etc. for programme support as per the project needs.
Making the PR tracker sheet for costs calculation and maintain the better plan
Recording the all-project document DCT, liquidation, Narrative report, staff transfer document etc
Evey month MIS checking for miscoding and wrong codding transaction
Raise PRs and support quality procurement on time.
Track administrative and procurement-related costs and collaborate closely to ensure alignment with approved plans and procurement processes.
Facilitate communication between Cox’s Bazar Office, Bhasan Char office and field offices. Oversee field operation processes including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
Support budgeting, procurement, and financial tracking related to field operations Manage transportation, supply chain, and distribution of project materials.
Ensure timely delivery of resources to field offices Raise PRs and support quality procurement on time and support the education team all the costs related calculation and maintain a tracker for better planning and utilization.
Support the PM-Budget, Finance, Procurement & Logistics through development of the tracking tools and compilation of the agreed reporting templates.
Track all the transactions and financial report and ensure the PMs provide the inputs timely.
Check the bill voucher and keep the record of document for all the grants variations and document the decision on relocation of the budget lines and miscoding.

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
