Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

• At least 8 years

• A member of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) will be given Preference.        

• Able to work under pressure.        

• Excellent skill in both Bengali & English typing.        

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Coordination of construction works.

• Ensuring smooth work progress as per work schedule of the project.

• Ensuring materials quality, construction quality and safety by top supervision

• Ensuring the work of different projects according to the approved design.

• Ensuring frequent site visit as per sites’ needs and submitting the site visit report (SVR) to Head of Department (HOD) and having effective discussion to take all relevant measures against problem at the sites.

• Checking the contractors’ bills.

• Coordinating with concerned consultants, different vendors and personnel of different sites, projects and Head Office.

• Attend important meetings and preparing meeting minutes accordingly.

• Perform other duties assigned by HOD & Management as and when required.
