Job Description:

The Senior Project Analyst functions are to manage the Project Execution and operate cost related software. Organize, manage, and track progress and costs consistent with management production and scheduling requirements.

Key Activity Areas

·         Responsible of E2E contract fulfillment such as Project delivery, PAC, Billing to ensure account key financial KPI like revenue, Billing, ITO/DSP etc.

·         Customer VOCs with full attention and design resolution strategy, setting right people with specific target completion and e2e resolution tracking updates with Concern Customers until closure.

·         Understanding and Identifying Customer Requirements and Issues

·         Customer satisfaction management by ensuring smooth project delivery and responsible for risk identification and contingency plan

·         Involve in improving Key customer relationship and monitor the CRM for entire key delivery team member

·         Ensuring network safe and security and ensure zero man made accident

·         Responsible for improving resource and process efficiency and accommodate the digital transformation.

·         Responsible for involving Resource in presales project. Analyze the delivery strategy and cost optimization solution to help sales team.

·         Lead the process of DRB/DTRB to enhance the sales operation

·         Find out new service sales opportunity and operate accordingly

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Telecommunication Sector

• This is a field-based position and working and living conditions may be very different to that previously experienced.
