∎ International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) is a membership Union uniquely composed of both government and civil society organisations. It provides public, private and non-governmental organisations with the knowledge and tools that enable human progress, economic development, and nature conservation to take place together.
∎ IUCN Bangladesh Country Office is implementing a project entitled `Floral Diversity assessment of Cox`s Bazar South Forest Division, SMART patrolling guideline formulation and Watershed Management policy review Project`. IUCN requires a Senior Programme Officer to lead smooth implementation of this project over the project period. To managing project implementation, IUCN Bangladesh is seeking competent individuals to apply for the following position. This position is based in Dhaka, but the incumbents will require travelling to project area frequently.
∎ This is a local recruitment. Only Bangladeshi nationals are eligible to apply. The recruitment and benefits package for above positions are established with reference to the local labour market and in line with the IUCN conditions of service for Bangladesh.
