Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper execution of the Payra land cultivation program and achieve the quality & quality volume aligning with the proposed budgeted cost.
∎ Ensure both field and seed standards by aligning with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
∎ Take necessary steps for seed soaking, sprouting, seedbed preparation and other cultural management.
∎ Implement trials for identifying the performance of different inputs like planting materials, fertilizers, pesticides etc.
∎ Organize training programs for the field staffs.
∎ Visit the field frequently to check if there is any anomaly in the field.
∎ Ensure all inventory specially gunny bag, winner, triple, balance, weighing machine, and moisture meter in alignment with the stock register and other relevant tools.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the Supervisor related to the Business.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Sound technical knowledge
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
