Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Sylhet Agricultural University students will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Genetics, Animal Health sector
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Disseminate Animal Genetics all update information to the field forces time to time.
∎ Calculate and coordinate to maintain gross profit and update management time to time.
∎ Prepare appropriate promotional plans, strategies and campaign programs for the sales team.
∎ Coordinate in preparing effective promotional materials to promote Animal Genetics products and instruments.
∎ Provide requires inputs in the process of a new product development and to bring changes (if required) on the existing products and instruments.
∎ Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to current as well as potential customers.
∎ Develop and prepare product manuals, instruments manuals and training manuals for the assigned products.
∎ Provide training on new and existing products to the field forces & Livestock Assistant (LA).
∎ Collect the competitors' marketing and sales promotional strategies and report to the General Manager regularly.
∎ Organize meeting / symposium in collaboration with Sales Manager, Zonal manager, Sr. area Manager & ASE for product & technology briefing in Livestock and Customers' areas.
∎ Develop personal contact with the important opinion leaders, NGOs and the other people of the society who may directly influence our business. Exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Basic marketing knowledge
∎ Data analyzing skill.
∎ Well versed in MS Office tools.
∎ Presentation skill.
∎ Creativity.
∎ Acceptance of extensive travelling.
∎ Negotiation skill.
