Job Context:
∎ The role:To assure adherence to Oxfam`s policies and procedures. Provide recruitment expertise and develop entry-level talent in Bangladesh to address resourcing needs across Oxfam in Bangladesh. Support all the line managers in conducting recruitment, performance management and learning and development, Consultant hiring. Leading and Coordinating the Capacity Development initiatives, Induction/Orientation of new Joiners with guidance from Head of People, Culture and Organizational Development.
∎ What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is aware of the core functions and policy compliance in areas of HR Operations, Safeguarding, Code of Conduct, Disciplinary Process. The person would be specifically responsible for Recruitment and Organizational Development. Need to have excellent training and facilitation skill to carry out the capacity development activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development
Salary:
∎ As per Oxfam National D1 pay band with other benefits e.g., medical for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave & insurance.
