Responsibilities & Context:
- Compressor Management operation- suction pressure, oil pressure, discharge pressure, cooling, leakage
- Condenser water management and cooling tower handling – water pump, water tank cooling, scaling, disposer checking
- Receiver – safety bulb, liquid level checking
- Cooling unit banker - air distribution, defrosting, expansion bulb, oil filter checking
- Purging air flow from Gas
- Electric voltage reading, power supply monitoring, oil, gas charging
- Preservation system monitoring- temperature, humidity, oxygen, carbon discharge, insulation checking
- Ventilation checking
- Check Proper staging, checking potatoes damage and maintain proper quality
